Although we have split our services into 3 main categories, Consultancy, Development and Hosting, we do find that these services tend to overlap when it comes to offering solutions to our clients. This is where we excel. We have the ability to not only provide a solution to the initial problem, whatever it may be, but also define other areas where we can implement solutions that offer real business value. Virtually all of our clients initially approached us with one thing in mind, and through a successful partnership, take up a raft of other solutions that we offer.
Take an example where a client approached us about providing a virtual office solution. They were looking to cut their running costs by leaving their office to work from home. However they didn't want to lose the services provided by their IT network which was being housed in the building they were leaving behind. We implemented a "Virtual Office" solution which meant each user had VPN access to the same software packages and files they were using before, now located on our servers. They also had access to our Exchange server meaning they could use Outlook to its full potential. Their data was also incorporated into our backup and anti-virus policies giving them added peace of mind. The client also decided they wanted new laptops for each member of staff and we helped them select the right models and then configure them for use. On top of this we also began hosting their corporate website and will soon begin its re-development using the latest .Net technologies.
