Hosted Exchange

An Enterprise solution for everyone

Pocket Outlook on a SmartPhone or Pocket PCImagine being able to have all the features of Outlook (shared calendars, team scheduling, address lists, powerful spam filtering, etc), available anywhere, on any device (including mobile phones), for a low monthly fee (from as little as £4 per user), without the need to buy and run your own Exchange Server - and you can keep using your existing domain name - that's Hosted Exchange.

Exchange is a great product. But increasingly the skills required to maintain and Outlook Web Access Screenshot (click for demo)support an in-house Exchange server put it beyond the reach of many small businesses - not to mention the high up-front costs  of the software and hardware required. This is a shame, because it's small businesses that need the flexibility of having Outlook available anytime on any device. When you are juggling several roles, you're out of the office and meeting clients, having your inbox, calendar and call-list with you is a god-send. Being able to respond instantly to emails whilst on the train keeps you ahead of the competition.

Hosted Exchange means you get all the features of an Enterprise-level Exchange deployment, without the up-front costs, maintenance and backup chores, and you get to use it anytime, anywhere and on any device. Plus, you only pay for what you use - if you don't need all the features, you don't pay for them. It means you can pay for email like other essential utilities like electric and phones, except there's not even a need to commit a 12 month contract if that doesn't suit.

  • Shared Tasks
  • Public Folders (useful as a repository/archive or for a "group" email account)
  • Mobile Device Access (such as a PDA, Smartphone, or even a PSP! Emails can be sent & received instantly)
