Citric receives many unsolicited calls and emails from canvassers, most of which will be rejected for the reasons below. This information is offered to save time. Before making any unsolicited contact with Citric regarding the offering of goods or services, please be aware of the following:

Recruitment

The directors of Citric also run a successful IT recruitment company. This will always be our route to new candidates. If are a recruitment agency, please don't attempt to contact us offering your services. If you are a candidate, please don't submit your CV directly to Citric unless we are advertising for specific a position on the Citric website (this site).

Office Services

As part of a group of companies, all of Citric's accountancy, stationary, telephony and other office services are provided for us. Please do not contact Citric with any such offers.

Outsourced/Offshore Coding and Software Development

Our development and hosting contracts explicitly prohibit us from allowing any code from leaving our premises. One of the many reasons clients use our services is that we can guarantee everyone working on our code and with our data is UK security vetted, and CRB cleared. We will not outsource any development, please do not contact us with any such offer.

Hardware/Software

We have partnership agreements with several suppliers that take care of all of our software and hardware needs. If you wish to discuss a partnership arrangement, please contact us. Otherwise, we do not buy any IT equipment or software outside of these agreements.
